In English we have one word for the country and a different word for the nationality. For example, we say England, the country, but English, the nationality or France, the country, but French, the nationality, The UAE, the country, but Emirati, the nationality.
The word for the nationality can be also used as an adjective (do you remember, an adjective is a word that gives us more details like sweet coffee or nice weather). So, we can use the word for the nationality as an adjective too. That's why we say Turkish coffee and English language.
